1. Overview

At Zlexironshel, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible products, subject to the conditions described below.

Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms of this Return Policy.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The return is initiated within 30 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date
  • The product is unopened — the original seal must be intact
  • The product is in its original, undamaged packaging
  • The product has not been tampered with in any way
  • The product has been stored properly (below 25°C, away from moisture and direct sunlight)

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet the conditions listed above.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or partially used products
  • Products returned after the 30-day return window has expired
  • Products that show signs of damage caused by misuse or improper storage
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at the contact details below, stating your order reference, the reason for your return, and whether you are requesting a refund or exchange.
  2. Receive a Return Authorization — Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions by email within 3 business days.
  3. Pack and ship the product — Securely package the item in its original packaging and write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Ship the product to our return address (provided in your RMA confirmation).
  4. Receive your refund — Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.

Do not send products back without a valid RMA number. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:

  • You received a product that was damaged or defective upon arrival
  • You received the wrong product due to a fulfillment error on our part

In the cases above, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. We are not responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account.

Shipping costs incurred on the original order are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery. Include your order reference and photographic evidence of the damage or defect. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs, at no charge to you.

8. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order once your refund has been processed.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our approval notification, please take the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account or payment statement again
  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider, as processing times may vary
  3. If you have taken the above steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at the details below
